Return Policy
Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return. Item-specific return policies supercede all other policies.
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee
We are a small shop and we work hard to make sure you we deliver what you are expecting, however we understand you just need to return items. To minimise the abuse of returns, items returned with a price greater than $99, will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Guitar returns must obtain an RMA approval and must be packaged and shipped with the full insured value of the item.
